BRP Question

My husband got his ILR last week, so i was wondering when his BRP is sent, do you get notified or anything??

I know it can take up to 10 working days to be received by courier, my question was simply....are you notified/informed of when DX have it and is out for delivery?

I emailed DX last night and I got en email this morning saying it was out for delivery today......30 mins later..loud bang on the door.....hubbys BRP arrived =D So happy now =D
