Spouse Financial Requiremnet - question

Post by msrks » Fri Jul 11, 2014 11:05 am

Hi.

Apologise in advance if I have posted in the wrong area this is my first time posting.

I got married in oct 2013 over in India and we submitted my husbands application on 15th November 2013 I was given advised I would receive a decision with 50 days. I work as an IT support analyst and was contracting at the time the application was submitted. In January I was advised to submit a employer again to state what my salary was which I provided however 2 weeks later the visa was refused due to not meeting the salary requirement even though I was on £23,000

In February I became permanent in the position that I had been contracting in. I am now making £18,638 which is just meets the requirement of £18,600. If I resubmit in August with 6months payslips and savings of £7000 will I have any issues with my application on the salary grounds??

Also how long is his PCC check valid for?

Thanks in advance
raj

Hi
if some one highlight please. I am a director of a limited company and company is not of a type as specified in paragraph 9(a). i.e., i am only shareholde. Its mentioned in appendix FM that if a person is getting salary in such a type of company that could be counted as salaried person in category A or B of employment.
I am getting salary since 7 months of 14K now i am thinking to have dividend of 5K to make 19K so that i can fullfill the 18600 requirement. In guidance its mentioned that category A or category B can be combined with category C(non-employment, i.e., dividend etc).

If any person highlight whether i picked the right understanding.

will be highly appreciated.
regards
Rizmir
