Schengen Visa from Swiss Embassy

Hello All

I would be going for my Schengen Visa for the first time and would be grateful to have the following clarified.

I would be applying for the Schengen Visa from the Swiss Embassy and it says on their website that

"Applications submitted in Manchester, Cardiff & Edinburgh will incur a mandatory courier charge of £ 14.80"

I will be applying in Edinburgh and wanted to know if I would need to take a Special Delivery envelope with me as well with my application or will the envelope be provided by the Embassy.

If anyone can confirm either way please, it will be much appreciated.
