How to request additional unrestricted CoS

Hi all

Can anybody please advise, is it possible to request UKBA for additional unrestricted CoS?

I am currently on Tier2 (General) visa. My current leave expires in December 2014 (3 years since December 2011). I am planning to apply for T2G extension this year.

My company renewed our annual allocation of CoS in April. My HR manager assigned me a CoS once our CoS allocation was renewed (without informing me), not realizing the fact that it will be expired in 3 months time.

Since that CoS has already been expired, is there anyway that we can request UKBA for additional CoS?
