Marriage with Asylum Seeker

Hi guys..

I just wondering if somebodt help me..I am on Post work study visa at the moment...I want to get married with girl whose got asylum approved visa she is 19 years old...will anybody will let me.know if I get married with.her then will I able to be get spouse visa ore not they are here frm last 4 years thier ayslum was approved strightawayaway here...can anybody tell.me what kind of requirements we.need to take after I register the marrige and what are the important points that we need to take after marrige...if anybody knows about it so.please let me.know..

Is she an asylum seeker or refugee or one with humanitarian protection?

Hi Amber...

She is on Hummanuterian protection and she going to be 19 next month...do you have any information if I get married with her so what should be my status then andI need to register my marrige as well as Islamic nikah also I got 4 months left in my visa so how long it will take to sort my application after marrige and she needs to show that she is working or something like that? Please guide me if you got informations will be highly appreciated. .

FLR(M) is acceptable for a Spouse of those with HP. A1 English and Financial Requirement.

Thanks for the informations...could you please tell me wabour A1 english and financial requirements what kind of financial requirements needed also I have done mmy masters from Uk..so do I still need A1 english course? Please if you got any informations please do let me know.
