New AN Form for Naturalization- Whats the difference?

Hi All,
I just realized that there is a new form issued for Naturalization - Version June 2014. I am keen to know how is this different that than the original form (October 2013); as i couldnt make out any difference.
1. Read somewhere that they have included an email_address; but this was also there on October 2013 Form ?
2. Has there been any change in Naturalization rules along with this form change ?
3. For English Language requirement - Is PBS Printout sufficient along with eligibility of meeting English Language requirement during HSMP/Tier-1 ?
4. Finally, I am an IT Contractor (with my own limited company); can somebody point me to a link/List it here the list of documents we need to submit for naturalization (i couldn't find it easily on the bulletin board)

Additional email field added in the personal details section to confirm your email address. I believe they will updated the status of your application through email in future. This is the only difference
