ILR & Maximum Legal Working Hrs for T-4 Dependant

Hello,
I am on T-4 visa (PhD course) and come to know that my dependant (t-4 dependant) can legally work up to a maximum 48 hours /week. She is currently doing two employments with 30 hours + 32 hours. Would working more than 48 hours/week could affect my or her ILR ? Please share your views/knowledge/experience.

She can work full time . No restriction of hours.

Can you provide the link of that source which state 48 hours limit for dependants. Usually full time work right means any hour can be undertaken either contractual and/or overtime etc. But it must be reassured again that the dependant has really fulltime right of work before doing that.

Come to know from HR department. I also Google this and think to work more than 48 hours employee need to sign opt out clause in regular employment contract. I am not sure about this and that is why want to know what is correct under law to avoid any issues in ILR

The link you given refers to working regulations where a person can opt out from 48 hours working limit. But regarding your question you can refer to point # 37-40 - conditions of stay to get the exact reply.

Does it mean fulfilling these clauses give permission to work more than 48 hours for a dependant?

There is no restriction for the dependent to work limited (48) hours.
It is a EEA law not to work more than 48 hours a week and being a part of EEA, UK has to implement this law in the UK.
