Enquiry regards supporting documents for EEA

Hello,

It would be great if someone can advice me regards naturalisation..
I am a latvian passport holder and I have been living in the UK since 2005. From 2006-2009 I went to college and from 2009-2012 to university, as well as worked without gaps from 2010 till 2013. However, I did not obtain the residence card.Website states that to be eligible to apply for a British citizenship one of the following requirements have to be met:
an evidence of exercising Treaty Rights for 5 years for the EEA national.

Which may include:
P60 tax certificates covering the relevant period of 5 years
Employer's letter confirming employment over the relevant period
Or letter from the public or private establishment confirming enrollement on a course of study, relevant 5 year period

Am I eligible to apply for naturalisation with my scenario?
If yes, can I cover 5 years period with different types of supporting documents (both enrollment on courses and employer's letter)?

Time as a student also requires health insurance (not NHS). However, were you under 21 and living with your parents? Did one of your parents work since 2005? You can apply based on their activities.

Thanks for your reply Jambo! It is a first time hearing regards health insurance..

I started my degree after I turned 21, so I guess the fact that my mother works since 2005 and obtained residency card does not help. Basically the time I spent in education does not count towards evidence of exercising treaty rights for 5 years ?

How do you know about the health insurance requirement for students? I don't see this anywhere in the documentation (only for self sufficient people)
