Looking for your help,

my dad who is over 65 year old got EEA4 (permanent residence card) now he wants to apply for British citizenship could you plz tell me if the following documents enough

his passport for ID
PR card issued in july 2013 ( prove his residence for 5 year?)
2-3 proves of residence evidence after pr card (bills)
and AN form

i think that all? as he exempt from English language test and life in uk due to over 65,

does he require anymore documents to proves his 5 years law full residence?

any help much appreciated
