I need your assistance please, because I have a special situation

I am a Tunisian I live in Tunisia, in 2011 I married a Belgian woman living in Belgium, after some problems I did not make a request for Belgium Visa

after I made the Divorce in Tunisia

Now I want to marry in Tunisia a europienne Women living in the UK, but my problem is that my marriage to my ex-wife was recorded in the registers of civil status in Belgium, so for Tunisia I am divorced and I can get married, but for belgium my status is "Married"

I have 2 questions:

* 1 *: is that I can marry this woman europienne who live in the UK?

* 2 *: if my marriage with this 2nd women passed without problem in Tunisia, after I want to apply for a Visa EEA family to live with her in the UK .... is this status in Belgium "Married" would make a problem for the English law to get my VISA...?

can they refuse my VISA?
