Student + dependant visa

Post by Jellybean105 » Mon Jul 21, 2014 2:20 pm

Hi

My friend and his wife are currently in the UK. He had a student visa and his wife came to the UK 4 months ago on a dependant visa valid until her husband's visa validity. His visa was later curtailed (I think) and he re-applied for another student visa with his wife as the dependant. He received his visa and his passport on Friday but there is no mention of a dependant on the letter or visa.

Will the wife's visa be sent/decided separately? They were both sent on the same application.

Thanks

Thank you amber. Will it be the same outcome or there is a chance it could be refused?
