please help my tier 4 expired

hello

my visa has expired since 28 of may 2014 already i apply for another visa , and i payed the fees of the visa cost . and i got all my document such as bank statement . offer latter from my college also i have my dip from the past year in business management . but the problem. the only missing supporting documents it's an English language test B1, i have done IELTS exam but i got 3.5 in reading and 4.5 over all i know i can't use it to support my document as i need 4.0 in each section .but i have done another exam called Pearson PTE nd i got 38 over all but also i got 34 in speaking while i need at last 36 in each section ,my questions is , can i support my document with two different kind of English test ? or should i try i again ? by being late what could effect on me ?

please i'm waiting for answer as soon as possible

i have no one to ask nd i feel im in really hug problem .

Only one test result can be used. Given you have not passed your SELT you can not have a valid CAS as this is a requirement . If you have paid your fees to the college then you have been scammed as they know they cant issue you a CAS.with a valid SELT.
At this time you are an overstayer with zero chance of meeting the tier 4 CAS requirements. You will receive a mandatory refusal if you do apply at this stage regardless of now passing a SELT.
Time to think about other options or a flight home is more than likely.

the problem is i came from Libya .The current situation is bad over there ,, the Brith embassy closed down they are not acceptance any new application in this time

nd the another problem is our airport is closed also there is kind of small war over there

Ok - if tier 4 is not a viable route then apply for another form of leave on humanitarian grounds. I believe there is some HO guidance about Libyans that have come on a previous visa and are unable to return.

This is not an area I am familiar with so others can offer better advise.
