Two and half spouse/dependant Visa

Could you please let me know the form I will need to fill when I want to extend my two and half spouse/dependant visa. I want to extend base on parent of a Child under 16 in UK.
So first question : which form do I need to fill next and which English test do I need to seat for next . I have done A1 to get my 2 and half visa

i submitted an application for marraiage flr(m), my wife is british and she was due to deliver when i submitted so i was ask to send my child birth certifiacte before my visa can be approval so i did that and two and half visa was issue to me . so my question is :

i want to know which form i will need to fill next so as to have another two and half extension as i am on 10year route . i wan to apply base on parent of the child born in uk under 16year

Also , Could you please let me know which english exam i need to take this time time , i have done A1 for my previous application.

An extension for the 10 year route would be FLR(FP), but, if you meet the Financial Requirement FLR(M), which would be a 5 year route.
