Company (Management) Bought Out - Urgent

Hello All,

My company is a Tier 2 Registered sponsor and has recently been involved in a buy out where some of the management has been replaced with new.

In terms of operation no change has happened.
Company's name remains same.
Job Title, Salary, Place of Work, etc remains same.


I consulted my HR and she advised company is/will be registered with company house using the same name and no change would occur.

How does this affect me?
Does my company needs a new license, but the name/everything remains same?
If my company decides in future to change name, will then my company would need a new license?
Does the 28 day period to notify would start at that point would occur, when name change will take place?
The 28 day period would exceed by then if it happens in future, then what would happen?

I would appreciate if Manci/Experienced person can shed some light on this, please?
