Seeking information who can file a Tier 2 visa for IT professionals who are residing in India. I want to work in UK in Tier 2 visa, but cant find any employers who can file a visa for me.

I am in IT professional in India.

is the list of companies that can sponsor people from out of EU to come and work in UK.
There are quite a few IT companies in that list. You might want to search and apply for those companies in their careers section.
