ILR dependant

Hi,
My wife & son are on ILR dependant since last year on 5 years route but my wife has already been leaving since 2010 on different dependant visa of mine. Can she apply for ILR as soon as she finish her five years time in uk counting from july 2010. Please give your valuable suggestions.

That's rather confusing. What's your spouse's current leave and how long has she had it?
