Right to stay in UK in Tier 2 skills transfer VISA on LOP?

Hi Friends,

I need an urgent advice on this. I have come to UK on a Tier 2 ICT skills Transfer VISA, the VISA expires on Nov 2014. But my current assignment is over and as per my COS by the sponser/Employer, the Work end Date is till Nov 2014. Since my assignment is over I am being asked to go back to my home country. Now since my family is there in UK, Can i stay in UK till my VISA validity on a Loss of Pay for the rest of the period? How many days/months am I eligible to stay? And If yes, then what kind of documents the employer need to submit to get me a leave to remain for another 3 months.
