TIER II - New Job / work in same sector

Hi,

I am currently on TIER II General , working as a web developer.One of my friend wants me to build him a website for which he said he will pay me.As, this will not take more than 20 hrs per week, what are the things I need to do to make sure I am complying with all the rules. My questions specifically include :

Can I work as a freelancer & take up such side projects relevant to my current role from Individuals and if YES, how do I pay my taxes & NI i.e Do I need to register as self employed or is there anything specific I need to do

Can u ask him to pay u cash?
Are u married? if so, register a company under her name
