application of council house with child born in uk

I got my indefinate leave to remain 6 months ago. I have two children, one 4 months old and the other 2 years old ( born in uk before my irl ). My partner has been in uk for 3 years but has work permit and is subject to immigration control. I know I can't include my partner in council house application. Just wondering if I can include both uk born children when applying a council house or only the one born after my irl as she is a british citizen? Thanks for all your help.

Both children. You should be claiming child benefit in your name and tax credits in joint names.
