Not possible unless you are married or have lived together as man and wife for 24 months. Or she could come here as a student (£££££££'s) or on a work permit (needs to be highly skilled).

Do you earn at least £18,600 pa?

An immigration lawyer isn't required, in fact the advice you get on here is generally much better and certainly cheaper.

hello, thank you for your response.

Unfortunately I have not been able to work for the past few years due to health reasons and I'm presently receiving ESA benefits. I contacted some lawyer company in Scotland & they said due to my circumstances I may qualify for "Advice and Assistance under the Scottish Legal Aid Board Scheme."

any advice is much appreciated.

Your girlfriend can come on fiancee visa if you plan to get married in UK and provided you meet the requirements and she does too.
As per meeting the financial requirement, you should be fine if you get some form of DLA.
It's something you can do on your own as it's not a rocket science tbh. Read through the forum and ask anything not clear to you, people will help rather than being milked by a lawyer.Except there's any other technical reason you think you might need one though, if not,I'll encourage you to do it yourself.
