Change of ownweship of comapny

Hi All ,

I am on Tier 2 company sponsored visa.Recently My company been bought by different company but still company runs on the same name and there will be no change in the company name for next few years.So our company informed the UKBA about the change of ownership and UKBA told my company that the new owner should apply for the license and once they get the license they will transfer all the sponsored migrants to the new license .But the problem in I am going to India on holiday for 5 weeks today.Is it going to be any issue when I am coming back ? Do I have to be in the UK when the new owner apply for the License and also while transferring sponsored migrants in to new license? . Could you please advice...I am very confused don't know what to do//
