overstayer seeking family dependant visa

Post by JICHE » Wed Jul 16, 2014 10:26 pm

I came in the UK on 2008 on a student visa valid until 2011.I have been duped by schools, never finished any qualification. when I applied for extension, was short of 10 points because of the maintenance fund . adverse family and personal situations occurred such as deaths and bankruptcy in home country, had to overstay because nothing and no one to come home to any more. I have two siblings here; one is a British citizen and the other one[minor] just came in last month as dependant of the former one. am single, on my early 40's and has a minor medical condition [ mild stroke ]. I need advice, please

You're going to struggle. It's not impossible, if you can show no family or cultural ties in the other Country.

Hi again, thank you for the sample case,I've read it and it is quite helpful ,though it is nowhere near my case. I really would like to discuss with you my case so you can tell me honestly if I have a chance, if none at all, then I can think of alternative plans but I don't know how to contact you... Thank you you for your time.
