Indefinite leave to enter error ! Help Please

Hi,

I really need help, i come to the UK in 2012 on a spouse visa (this what i was thinking) i been with my wife for 1 year and 5 month before i apply for visa and i did not passed the kol test !!, any way unfortunately after 1 year and 3 month my marriage break down and my wife notified the ukba about this breakdown and they comeback to her by saying the decision has been made to not curtail ( cancel ) my leave to enter ! and the reason is that my passport was endorsed with indefinite leave to enter, then write (I apologize for this error ) :O and then they ask her for my address but now nearly 5 months and they did not contact me.

My question is what ukba can do ?

and can they cancel my indefinite leave to enter ?

My visa is 27 months validity
Visa settlement spouse/cp ( name of my wife ) then my name
observation : Indefinite leave to enter

Any help will be appreciated

Consider yourself lucky!

If you are still married after 3 years in the UK (assuming your wife is British) I would get naturalised as British, then you need not worry about repercussions.
