Family visitor visa required docs.

Hi,

My parents would be travelling to UK to meet me(I am the sponsor), they need to apply for family visitor visa. I have the following queries:

1. If The parent's are travelling to UK do they need to fill different
application forms?

2. Do my parents need to furnish the bank statements and salary slips for
the past 6 months as a proof of their savings?

3. Do I need to send original copies of our earnings and accommodation proof like my salary slips/bank
statements and address proof or we can provide photocopies?
