Hi, I have been terminated recently and in pursuit of legal case for unlawful dismissal. This legal process may take months. My question is do I still have to leave the country in 60 days, which will be in September. If I were to travel to EU end of August (already planned before terminated), can I come back into the country as a tourist, before leaving the country for good in Sept? Where I am from, I don't need a tourist visa.
