This is my 2nd attempt, my previous post contains more details but unfortunately didn't receive any replies, so apologies to all who've read the previous mail from 20 July.
Q.1.3: Can anyone confirm whether my Irish nationality means that I gained settled status - and therefore ILR/PR - from the day I entered the UK to live here long-term as in Q. 2.1, so that I would enter that same date here? Also, does Irish citizenship automatically give 'Freedom from immigration time restrictions' without further criteria being met?
Q. 1.7: Sorry if it seems obvious, but do I just enter my maiden surname here, not first name (same as now) AND maiden name?
Q. 3.1: I have been my husband's (UK citizen) carer since July 2010, so I would enter that here. I would also have to submit benefit letters as proof of residence in the UK for the last 3 years. This could be the letters for Income Support, as these also make it clear that both myself and my husband are included as well as showing that I receive Carer's Allowance and he DLA (lifetime award, so won't be re-assessed for PIP before Oct 2015 at the earliest). In theory, this should be okay, as letters from other Government Departments are specifically mentioned as acceptable. However, would it be better or even necessary to add a long explanation of how I worked before (and then show evidence of this) and that my husband was self-employed until he couldn't work any longer (there was then also a period of living off our savings before getting help with a DLA application which led to the other benefit entitlements).
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with these questions. Many thanks.
