size of photo

Hi All

I just realized that my photo that I plan to glue in the reference page is bigger (slightly in length and width) than the allocated space. The photographer assured me that my photo is similar in the size used for photo ID.

Can you please let me know if it is ok for the photo to be slightly outside the allocated pace? or shall I cut it so it will fit exactly within the space?
