Switching from tier2 ict to tier2 geneal

Hi,

I hold tier2 ict valid from 11/01/2010 and now I am switching with new sponsor to tier2 general catagory.

My query is I have dependent visa for my wife , do I need to switch her visa or apply for new dependent visa ?
Or the Old dependent visa should be ok ?

apply for new dependent visa.
