very very Urgent ..visa will expire shortly

Dear Gurus,
I have few questions. Im switching from tier1 (psw) to tier2 (general) the code of practice for me is 2135.

q1). Can anyone please tell me what is the salary limit for new entrance and experienced worker in this category? In one file i got it is £22,500 but in another UKBA file it is £24,900. Please help me to get it corrected.

q2) The CoS assgined for me, was applied for 5 years leave in the visa application. Can i show new entrance salary? or i have to show experienced worker salary?

q3) My employer got assigned CoS for me but seems there is some mistake in the salary. So if they cancel this CoS and apply for a new CoS, how much time it will take to get it. my current visa will expire in 26 days now. Please note, my employer had only one CoS limit which already been assigned for me.

the min salary for a 39 hour week is £22.5k for new entrant and £31.2 for experienced workers, see:

the new entrant rate can only be used when applying forT2G leave up to 3 years.

the law is Appendix J of the Immigration Rules. The link you posted is a statement of intent that hasn't become law.
