q2) The CoS assgined for me, was applied for 5 years leave in the visa application. Can i show new entrance salary? or i have to show experienced worker salary?
q3) My employer got assigned CoS for me but seems there is some mistake in the salary. So if they cancel this CoS and apply for a new CoS, how much time it will take to get it. my current visa will expire in 26 days now. Please note, my employer had only one CoS limit which already been assigned for me.

the new entrant rate can only be used when applying forT2G leave up to 3 years.
