Tier 2 General Dependant Visa

Dear Moderators,

Sorry to bother you guys, my wife has got her Tier 2 Dependant Visa today and her Visa is valid from 4/8/2014 but she can't able to travel to UK until September 13th. Could you please tell me how soon she need to travel to UK after getting her visa? Someone told me that she need to travel within a month after getting the visa. Apologies for asking these kind of dumb questions, but please answer me so that I can have a peace of mind. I appreciate your time on my behalf and many thanks in advance.
