how i write the letter or which form i need .

i am a british female live in uk and hold the uk id ..and want to invite some one live in alexandria in egypt we planing to marry but we want to stay little together b4 mariage to know how its posible , i want to know how i can invite him ,what the form or the letter i should write and send to him to help him to have the visa ..??

The obvious choice is for him to apply for a fiancé visa .... but only if there is a genuine plan that the two of you marry during the 6-month duration of that visa.
