birth certificate for kid has ILR

Post by ebuk123 » Fri Aug 08, 2014 11:40 am

Hi all,

I am about to apply BC for myself and my daughter.

My question is do i need to submit her birth certificate as my daughter was my HSMP & Tier 1 dependent since 2008 and we've lived together in the UK and both hold IRL now? I don't have her English birth certificate. I never submitted it to home office when I applied her HSMP EC, Tier one dependent, and ILR. I only presented her passport.

Thanks.
