he does not want the money to go to his bank account if it is succesful, he wants it to go into mine..is that possible without it affecting me (does it mean i m not claiming public funds)

he has other children (2) which i dnt know if he has claimed child tax credit for with his current wife,, doe sthat affect me in any way..psl i need help ..i really dnt know how to go about it .

also my mum has ILR and she was mentioned in my application when i was applying for disc leave to remain,,can she be of help?

When were you granted DLR, was it for 3 years? If so, you should be able to claim public funds.

Your mother can claim the child benefit and child tax credits, she'd say she was responsible for the child/children, I assume you all live together.

I suggest requesting a change of BRP status as per https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... dition.pdf in the best interest of the children and due to destitution.

She would say she is responsible for the child. You would have to enquire about the payment, it may be acceptable.
