Long stay outside UK after citizenship

Hi,
I am an Indian national as of now & soon apply for British citizenship after meeting necessary criterias. If I get the BC & then OCI India visa, can I stay outside UK for long time may be 4 to 5 years? Will it affect the status of my British citizenship? Is there any compulsion of staying or visiting Britian within certain number of years to keep the British citizenship active?

Once British you can stay out as long as you wish.
