Tier 2 Out of Country Application

Dear All,

I am an Indian citizen current working in UAE, I have got an offer and my CoS is Accepted.

I want to know,
- whether I can apply from UAE for my Visa as my passport is Indian and I have residence Visa in Dubai,
- approximately how long it will take to complete my Visa application.

Is the 8-10 weeks for complete process of remaining time, because my joining date would be before that.

Yes! Normally they suggest that the applicant should apply three months before the date of joining.

Also if anyone can update about the possibility of applying from UAE, being an Indian Passport holder.

if you are resident in the UAE once your CoS is assigned you can apply for entry clearance from there. PBS visa processing time is usually around 2 weeks.

Call VFS dubai, when submitting the application they will let you pay Dhs 1500 extra each application and submit it as a premium application.

This will get your application processed and passport returned in 5 days.
