General rule is only if she is dependent on you and there is no-one back home to support her.

How old is your mother? Do you have any other siblings? If so, where are they, what do they do, etc? What are you currently doing (working, studying, etc).

Thanks Sakura for your quick reply
im in full time job (HM FORCES) due to operation tour, Im always away from home UK, and that doesn't give anytime to travel to see my Mum.As I have lost my father few years ago and also things are getting more dangerous and difficult in the country I'm serving now that is why I want them close to me now.
My mum is 57 years
I have brother who is 10 and a sister that is 15

I assume your siblings live with your mother? It would be almost impossible for the following reasons;
1. You are not in the UK often enough (your job requires you to travel) - are you even in the UK now?
2. Your mother is not over 65 years, which is normally required for a parent to move here. If under 65, she needs to prove dependency on you
3. She has two small children. I do not know of any rule that allows you to sponsor siblings, so that cannot be included.

Your wife is Italian. I do know of the EEA permit rule, but that excludes siblings (unless in exceptional circumstances) as a general application. I will wait for others to reply, but it doesn't sound promosing.
