hi out there!
i am an undocumented african asylum seeker with a european citizen spouse.my asylum application is on appeal.
but the ting is that the immigration office have doubt on my identity because i am not able to provide any kind of documentation about me.
but on the other hand,i was allowed to get married.(if they doubt my identity, why they allowed me to get merried?)
my wife and me have applied for familly reunification, and for a temporary working permit that will allow me to stay in the country during the process in case my asylum application is turned down(i hope not:-).).
there is a new law in the country saying that i should go back to my country of origin and apply for familly reunification from there, but that is not possible for me as i face great danger in my country.
=so what happen if the immigration office ask me to leave the country?
=what happen if the familly reunification application is turned down too, and all that because of doubt on my identity?
please help me to see clearly in this situation.i love my wife but i am affraid that the immigration services might use the fact that i cannot prove my identity with documents,to reject my familly reunification application.
thanx for helping!
