HCI has given me a Royal mail tracking number - which Royal mail say has not been recieved by them at all i.e. the number is a valid tracking number but one that doesnt show up on their systems so they claim it has not been scanned at any of their collection points etc. HCI are being uncooperative as awalys they dont respond on phone, only emails. And their responses are one liners with no actual useful information. There is no way to escalate or get any reconfirmation/evidence , of them having posted the passport as they claim
