TIER 2 EXTENSION / BANK NEGATIVE OVERDRAFT

Hello

I'm applying for my tier 2 general extension in December 2014. Just wondering Is there any maintenance funds need to shown for extension. And I have a £3000 over draft in my salary account, every month I get a salary of £1800, even after my salary get credited my account would still show in negative. I am repaying about £200 a month to close this OD ASAP. Does this anyway affects my visa extension. Senior members please advise. Thanks
