Letter from Land Owner!!!!

Dear friends

I am going to apply visa for my wife soon and preparing docs for her. I am living in a rented house and I already have property inspection report. I have a question regarding Letter from Land Owner for no objection. My house owner is out of country and I want a letter from him , SO I talked to him and he agreed on sending me letter by scanning and sending by email.Will this scan signed letter work for visa application for my wife? Please help me.
