Fiancée visa refused plz help

Post by dabbler80 » Sat Aug 23, 2014 1:45 pm

Hi every one 3 weeks ago we applied fiancé visa and got refusal

The reason of refusal

You sponsors is still legally married. You did not provide any evidence of wedding celebration when and where it's taking place

As it was written in HO website u can still apply if divorcee is in process.

I am going to court next month to get the final decree absolute
And going to make booking and reapply. With sane documents and new bank statement.
Do we stand any chance to get fiancée visa after completing refusal reasons
Please advise is there any thing more I can do
Regards

As long as you address the point raised. Also print out the page where it's stated you can and explain the reason you applied without decree absolute to the ECO.
Your wedding arrangements should be carefully explained as well, make it clear as well that there's no law that stops you having a relationship (your present relationship) before divorce, of course you can't get married.

Go to register office or call to book a date,as your fiancée isn't here, they'll obviously tell you,you both need to come around, except you're getting married in Scotland
If they can allow you to book a date, get the letter and attach this,if they can't, tell them to put it in writing and attach it as well.
Then a bit of your plan for the day or simply state you can't really plan much until she comes.

I have al ready e mail conversation with my local council I have been advised same thing from them she need to b in UK atleast 7 days and she need to go office as well. I forgot to to attach that e mail conversation in previous application.

I am booking a wedding venue for up to 50 people in November that's the date we plan to celebrate. Is this sufficient enough for them to b satisfy and grant visa

Kind regards and thanks

That piece of paper you forgot to include, and not explaining your divorce is yet to be finalised cost you the visa.Because it's true you can apply for fiancée visa b4 divorce is finalised, will suggest you wait like you're planning though.
Yes,it should be enough, but explain in your additional information the fact that you were refused before and then explained yourself a bit.

Make the booking, do as many things as you can do without your girlfriend being around. The more the proofs the better.
