British registration for my Baby

Post by hspk » Sat Aug 23, 2014 8:16 pm

Hi every one,

i have applied for British naturalisation in May 2014 (still waiting waiting for approval). my question is i went to Pakistan in February 2014 for one month and i got married there. in my naturalisation application which i did in May 2014, i didn't mention about my marriage in Pakistan. now my wife is expecting.

if i try to register my baby as British national from Pakistan in future. can home office reject my application for my baby because i didn't mention about my marriage. ???

Many thanks

hspk

If the child is born after you're naturalised the child will be British.

You should have indicated you were married. If the child is British s(he) wouldn't need registering.
