What is your wife's nationality?

How much does she earn?

Yes you have to do a TB test.

Proof of a genuine relationship will be required.

No, only a reasonable amount spread over the duration of your relationship + photos etc. What do you mean about sending the marriage certificate to the UK? You need to have it officially translated in Morocco and submit it (with the original) with your application.

She doesn't need it immediately unless she intends to change her name with the bank etc.

She doesn't have to submit any documents for your application from the UK. I should have said however that she will need a translated copy if she wants to apply for a new passport in her married name.

Yes. The most recent payslip and bank statement shouldn't be more than 28 days old.

Just an opinion and I hope senior members can correct me if I'm wrong, your sponsor needs to provide letter from employer even if you're combining savings with her employment income. You still need to show evidence as required even if the income isn't up to 18600.
Hope someone can confirm this, I just don't wish your application is refused on minor issue.

Rayking is correct. Your wife's employer needs to provide a letter on headed paper confirming her employment and salary.

There is no 'certificate of work'. Do you mean a P60 from HMRC (Tax Office)? If so, she needs an employer letter in addition to the P60.
