My Pending EEA2 Application

Post by zoe14 » Mon Aug 25, 2014 6:23 pm

Hello,

First off, thank you for helping me out in sorting out my application. I cannot afford a Solicitor especially when you just had a new born baby. I have sent my application last August 19 via Special Request Delivery on Royal Mail. My partner got charged for £55 on August 21. We have sent the following

- Passports
- Bank Statements of EU NATIONAL
- Payslips of EU NATIONAL
- Proof of Employment of EU NATIONAL
- Birth Certificate of the baby (parents are the EU NATIONAL and the Non-EU)
- Water Bill under the EU NATIONAL and the Non-EU
- Marriage Certificate
- 2 pcs Passport Size pictures of the Non-EU

Other documents are as follows:
- Pictures to prove our genuine relationship
- Scan Copy of the following:
- Old Passport (Lost)
- My Visa (when she first entered UK)
- Cover letter stating all the things I have included in the application

I have the following questions:
1. Do you think I am missing something here?
2. In case it will be turned down, what am I missing? And how to request for an appeal without a solicitor's help?
3. How soon should I get a reference number from UKBA?
4. Is there anyway that I can expedite my Application?

Nothing you missed in your application.
Why you are thinking negative that your application may be turn down.??

Because I applied with no help from a solicitor. And I dont know if I have ticked the boxes and filled out the forms correctly. Beyond that, I still dont have a reference number from Home Office. :|
