Travel to UK on holiday with Czech republic PR card.

HI everyone,

My friend would like to come to the UK on holiday to visit me. She is a Moldovan Citizen with passport and holds permanent residence in the Czech Republic with a ID type card.

My question is this can she travel to the UK for a holiday without a visa?

And if so for how long can she stay? she's only here for 2 weeks so not to long

Although a visa isn't required for the Schengen states, she will need a visa to enter the UK.
(Casa, not CR001)
