Few questions from SET LR

Post by T2dep » Mon Aug 25, 2014 9:50 pm

Hi

I am helping a friend to fill LR but have confusions, please guide us.

1. D2; Does he need letter from employers that all his absence during 10 years was authorised! Also he was student for few years, does he need letter from educational intuitions as well?

2. D14, does he need to state that his wife is in UK as a family tie, as he stayed more than five year here! Also declaring ties abroad have any impact on application (parents, siblings!)?

3. Section 4; considering he has all passports, does he still need to send council tax, utility bills, bank statements etc from the years?

4. He is paying by debit card, does he need to complete section from "from main applicant" for verification checks?
he is not sending any bank statements though. What are these checks for?

Thanks for your help.

Nothing further is required if you have Passports covering the 10 year period. No employment letter, no council tax. B1 English and LIUK required.

Yes, you can state that, I'd not really worry about it.

Re:D2

The dates order will be from oldest at the top??

Also what will be departures dates, if you arrive in your home country the day after UK departure considering that UK Immigration does not stamp passport when leaving! The only stamps are arrival at home country in passport?

Thanks
