Letter from ex-employee for ILR application

hello friends!
In cases where one has had two employers in the 12 months before making ILR application, is there anything specific required from previous employer, in terms of letter confirming employment? Can anyone suggest what I should request from the previous employer (we are still on good terms, so no problems there!) on the employment letter.

Correcting the subject line, it should have read "ex-employer", not "ex-employee".
