Please help! Bank statements spouse visa!?

Post by humawakas2014 » Sat Aug 30, 2014 12:53 pm

Hi,

NEED HELP! I have applied for my wife's spouse visa on 30/06/2014 I am self employed and have attached my most recent tax returns which were filed in May/June. They are of 44k gross and £24700 profit. However I have attached 6 months for both personal and business!? I don't know why but i have a bad feeling you need 12 months!?

I have provided all my tax documents and official letters from hmrc!

Is there anyway I can send my bank statements if it is 12 months??

There's no point worrying yourself about that,if they want that they'll get in touch with you. I don't think there's any special way of sending documents you missed or they haven't requested to them.

So true.... Ah well hoping that they don't request it as it will extend the wait hopefully they will see the tax returns etc and be satisfied
