Tier 2 Gen dependent visa application outside UK

Hi, I have switched from T2 ICT to T2 Gen visa recently. Since my T2 ICT was nearing end I sent my wife back to my home country until I have switched to T2 Gen visa. Now since I have switched to T2 Gen visa I want to process her dependent visa. Going through the UK BA site the process for dependent visa application will be done through VFS. It is not very clear either from UK BA or VFS site the documents required for dependent visa application. Can somebody who have gone through this application please let me know in detail? Also since she was outside of UK for 2 months does she need to take a TB test?

Can somebody please help me with the details. The required documents list is not provided on the website.
