URGENT !!! Wrong SOC Tier 2 General Extension

Hi,

I had applied for my Tier 2 extension and it was granted 2 months ago.

But recently I had noticed that my employer had entered an SOC that is different to my initial COS and he had stated in the COS that Resident Labour Market Test is not applicable since this is an extension.

I recently came to know that for an extension with a different SOC a Resident Labour Market Test is a must.

My employer is going through the process of renewing the Sponsorship Licence and I am afraid if they could lose the licence, since they had presented wrong information in the COS.

Could someone please advise if this could be a problem or there should not have been an issue in the first place since I was granted the extension.
